If you are requesting for a refund within 12 hours of your purchase, we will be happy to refund you the amount. If any refund requested after 12 hours, the cost for restocking CAD$10.99 will be deducted and the balance will be returned to you without any drama. We believe in no drama transactions or refunds.

After receiving the order, we ship the next business day. If its a Friday purchase, we will try to ship on a Saturday, just for the love of our customers. Hope you would understand if we could not do it on a Saturday because of putting together many other orders. No shipments will be processed during public or national holidays.
